Most leaking roof windows are not a problem with the glass. The flashing kit around the frame fails, or the tiles and slates around it were never set right, and water finds its way in.
We fit new roof windows into existing roofs, replace old units like for like, and renew failed flashing kits. On a re-roof we set the window back in with new flashing so the opening is as watertight as the rest of the roof.
